When called back I got a message saying the number you have called is not in service.

Telling me my phone and internet will be turned off within 24 hours. I then can push numbers to stop this from happening

Rang this morning no voicemail and when you ring back goes straight to voicemail, which is full. Looks like an harassment call!

Beware probable fraud! tried to call this number back but not in service!

Spam for debt company. It was a bot: if you have more than $6000 in debt..

Received call from this number claiming to be IP and saying there had ben illegal activity on my connection!

Called by Asian speaking male. Couldn't understand a word.

Auto message claiming to be Tax Office. Hung up at this stage.

The caller hung up on me in mid-sentence of my sneaking.. I am on the do not call list, so this call was in violation of that program. I never give out personal information over the phone to strangers.

Called missed call nd tried calling back seconds later the number says it's disconnected. Must be a spam call of some sort.

Today 07/23/2020, I got a call from a number 1-877-352-0969. The person claimed that he is calling from Wells Fargo Fraud Detection department. He provided me a reference number and asked for further details to verify identity. I declined to provide and told him that I will contact customer service of Wells Fargo. When I spoke to the customer service, the representative confirmed that number is legit and there are notes on my account. She forwarded my call to fraud detection dept and the next representative talked amount a transaction which I did few days back. He asked me questions: Which state the account was opened? Is there any other person associated with the account or just a self account? Then he asked about my date of birth. I provided the answers and then he told me about a transaction which I did few days back. I verified him that the transaction is genuine. If internet says its a fraud number, still check with your bank.

I work for Wells Fargo. This is an unlisted number for our Fraud Detection department. The problem is, we don't include it in the general directory to prevent mistransfers, so employees don't realize it's legit. If you call customer service, have them check the account notes, Fraud Detection will almost always have left a note there indicating that they called and left that number for callback.

FRAUD!!! Confirmed it with Wells Fargo and the reference number they give you is not a Wells Fargo reference number. Don't confirm you have an account or give them your name.

877-352-0969 - FRAUD. Not Wells Fargo Fraud Detection. I called WF directly to verify. It is not their number. You can go to the WF online site to see the actual fraud detection phone numbers for WF. You can also see that none of their numbers start with 877. They also will not leave a reference on your voicemail. They don't need a reference number because they verify through your address/account/card numbers. This is a phishing VM. Ignore it.

This is Wells Fargo Fraud Department. If you go into a branch they can confirm the number and connect you to the department. They called me today to check on an out of the ordinary payment to my credit card.
