The one time I stayed on the line, I was instructed to wait to speak to a representative who claimed there was a judgment of some kind against me for a past debt. I told them to mail me a copy of the debt or judgment and then I hung up. Nothing was mailed and they haven't called back in a while. It's a scam. No doubt about it. |

| | | It was a black man and I was so upset that I didn't get his name. He said he was with Citibank and I owed a bill from 2015. I told him 3 times that I've never had a Citibank credit card or loan and I would have gotten other phone calls and letters if I did have a delinquent account. He then started cussing at me and said the sheriff would be at my door to take me to jail the next day! Oddly enough, I went to high school with the sheriff in my county and, of course, no one came to my door to take me to jail! These pieces of trash should get a real job and stop trying to scam people. If my elderly mother had gotten such a call, she would probably have a heart attack! |

If you had any kind of judgement against you it would be on your credit report. My credit report is clean yet i get one of these harrasing phone calls at lease once a week, sometimes more. Just hang up and block the number even though the next time they call it'll be from a different number. |

Thacke number this time was 1.773.360.0401. I guy name John answered. He did not mention the name of the company. I called the number back and John answered again. He told me it was regarding a payday loan. I tried to set up payments but he said I had to pay in full. He told me I was going to be picked up. Get a lawyer. I called again and I asked to speak to Christie. He said he was her associate. I hung up. This terrified me. I am petrified to answer my phone or my door. To my knowledge, I do not owe this loan. I have checked my credit report and this loan is not on my report. The guy seemed to know my address and bank information. They are scary people. I blocked them from my phone |
