They called left some message saying not to use my device until I called I called them back and he was asking me about lap top I acted liked I didn't have a lap top and asked me about IP address I knew it was scam I started asking question like what's name of company they hung up phone scam scam I think they are trying to get inside of your computer to steal your information |

| | | As others have stated it is an automated call, initially unintelligible, with a warning to call back due to suspicious activity on one of my devices. I did call back and clearly there was the sound of a call center in the back ground. Person answering identified self as a certified microsoft technician warning of possible hacking into one of our devices. I hung up. |

Just as in the previous reports, the first second or so of the message was garbled and unintelligible, then the message stated that I should not use my "device" without speaking with their technician first at 800-914-1793. Interestingly, none of the caller ID services on any of my three phones registered the number of the caller. I don't know why. I'd like to block this number. |

| | | Got a call from 800-914-1793, this number is from fraudulent so called tech company selling " computer fix" service, I would know they got me for $500.00 and now want me to "renew" their "service",there ought to be a law didn't learn they can't possibly know if your computer or device is comprised or not. |
