I am getting letters in the mail from this person who says there At&t my accounts been down since last year passwords have been constantly changed. on the online account I've had and now they've been hacking every phone I've gotten along with the emails I've had. Do NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER 800-288-2020

Received a text message saying AT&T free message a credit in the amount of 168.91 was applied to your account in the last three days to stop these messages call 1-800-288-2020 and say billing. I almost called but my husband said no don't . It's spam now after looking this up I am so glad I did not return the call.

Getting multiple calls from 800-288-2020. We do not speak; just hang-up, but the calls keep coming. Is there no way to stop this? I understand this is an at&t number. Can they not stop it?

My husband received a phone call from this one 800-288-2020 number, he missed the call so he called them back. He spoke to a representative and tell them he did not have any AT&T accounts and wanted his phone number removed from their call list. They told him they could not remove the number because his name is not on the account the number is tied to. So in other words, somebody else's account is using my husband's cell phone number. No matter how many times my husband told her, that he has had this phone number for 15 years And it's never had an AT&T account of any kind nor given anyone permission to use his number, she would not listen. Her computer was right, and he was wrong and that was that the problem is not going to get solved.

Repeated calls. No msg left.

According to Google the number is ATT. I don't have anything through ATT, never have. They leave no messages or anything. I'm supposedly on the national do not call list. What good is it I keep getting harassed with calls like this and others?

Our caller id shows Direct TV 800-288-2020 a person comes on the line and goes into how they may save us money and who is our internet provider. I reply this is a business and please remove us off the list then they say something and hang up
