| | | If you're getting calls from Spectrum, but you don't have an account with them, but you do have an account with Time Warner Cable, then you DO have an account with Spectrum. You just missed the whole thing about them changing their name. If you get calls from them for an overdue bill, and it really isn't your account, call Spectrum back and report it. It's not the fault of the office calling from this number, and is not necessarily fraud upon you, but it is fraud committed against Spectrum, itself. |

I told the agent to stop the calls and he said he couldn't because "obviously" some customer had used my phone number while subscribing. He did tell me I was "free to ignore the calls". I told him they call 4 or 5 times a day, plus frequent texts and he said there was nothing they could do about it since my number was on their records. |

I do not have spectrum and do not know the person they are asking for. Once I stayed on the line to tell them they have the wrong number but they disconnected the call before anyone came on the line. Annoying. |
