Since my warranty JUST ran out on my 2013 Chevy Cruze, and since I have been inundated with junk mail regarding a warranty deal available, I am sure this is a scam call to try to get me to purchase a warranty. All recalls I have ever had on my Cruze have been mailed to me, followed by a call from my dealership. This is a scam. |

They will mail open recall notices to you based on the information that is registered with them specific to the vehicle. So I told him I would call the manufacturer or get on line with the National Safety Foundation & see if there were any recalls on our vehicles.I told him that the manufacturer has the obligation to send us a letter of recall notices, that is why they require your name & address when you buy a car.I asked him what my name & address was & he said he couldn’t give me that information. I told him good-bye & thanks for trying to scam me, it didn’t work I’m smarter than that. |

I work as a Lease Coordinator for a car dealership. I have access to any recalls on my vehicle. At the current time I have no recalls. My recommendation would be to block this number and don't answer when they call. |
