| | | I have not worked in over 8 years. My last irs debt was paid off 7 years ago and i have the records. This is a complete scam! The irs does not call to collect. If they attempt to collect they will notify you hy mail, not call or even e-mail you. |
| | | I should have received some mail about this if it wasn't a scam, not an electronic recording telling me I was being sued by the IRS. Messages came from this number in D.C. and also from 312.767.5601 in Chicago. |

I'm not the that this is a scam but I would think the IRS would have a answering machine or someone at the front desk....i don't know but most likely it's a SCAM |

| | | Don't be fooled by the "case number", you cannot be notified of a lawsuit via phone. I got the same message with the same case number as listed above. This is probably some kind if scammers, don't give them any information! |
