| | | They called me saying that he was from the Department of Health in Puerto Rico. About a vaccine survey. I did not believe them at all they had an accent of Mexican with English. I asked him in what area of Puerto Rico he was and he could not specify. He then told me that it was in some United States government offices of the Department of Health. Be very careful what you say. |

| | | Got a call from 312-587-7017, answered it hoping it was a telemarketer. Said was CDC. Responded with, "Oh good! They said you would call today with the results of my Ebola tests". I was about to say that I had lunch at McDonalds and was worried about spreading the virus with my runny nose and cold but they hung up before I could finish. :( I love unwanted phone calls. SUPER fun messing with them!!! Learned some of my solicitor tricks from 419eater (dot) com. FANTASTIC place to learn all about scam bating!!!! |

| | | Called, I looked up the number and found it was from the CDC.gov, so it was a legitimate survey. The person on the other line was not too pushy. She told me I could refuse to answer any questions I did not feel comfortable answering. Some of the question were suspicious, but since I have taken a lot of surveys in the past, it wasn't out of league for a survey. They almost always ask about income, and I just refuse that part. If they call again I will ask them not to call anymore, but I have only gotten one call from the, so far. |

| | | Some survey people called asking about immunizations for my kids. When I told them my "kids" have had bordetella, distemper and rabies they said never mind and hung up. Mwa ha ha! |

| | | I got a call from this number said they were from the cdc and asked if I would take a survey. I answered their questions until they asked for the address of the clinic where my kids get immunizations. That is way too personal for a survey so I said I wasn't comfortable and they ended the survey. They have been calling everyday since but I haven't answered the phone. |
