| | | They keep calling about a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy in 2000. I've told them that the debt is gone and not to call me again. But they have called every week day. From another site, when you block that number, they start calling from another number.
So what can we do to stop this harassment? |
| | | Calling me about my brother-in-law's account. I did not approve a reference and when they asked me to let him know they called I told them I would not and to remove me from their call list. They better freaking do it! |

| | | They called this morning saying that I owe Household a loan from 2003 of 4,264.36. I had a credit card from Household that got turned over to 3 differerent collection agencies. I informed them the "debt is too old" (which it is) and I wasn't going to pay $3,000 in interest on a 13 year old debt. They hung up, but they call on my other phone and have my social too, I am thinking of contacting an attorney. A website that I went to stated that the statute of limitations for demanding payment is seven years in Arizona, but if you start paying on the "debt" or even acknowledge it, the clock starts again and they can sue you in court(it would get dismissed if you protest it). I went through this with another company and they garnished my wages. I should have demanded a hearing and the court would have dismissed it. Instead I was making payments and as soon as I did it, I was liable for the amount owed, unless they put a "we will not sue you due to the age of the debt." |
| | | They started calling me last week on a loan from 2011 that I never took out, from a company I'd never heard of (Twin Bluff Financial - a company not licensed to lend in California, that has a court order on file with the California Department of Business Oversight ordering them to Cease and Desist, and to Disgorge all fees). I explain all this to the woman who keeps calling me, and she says she'll "update our records" - I even offer to email them all this information, but they say it's not necessary. Then they call again the following day as if we'd never spoken. They've got my address, home and work number, the last four of my Social, and I can't make them go away. Anyway - the more of us who go to the BBB website to complain, the more chance there is they'll do something. |
| | | Saying I owe on a payday loan. They can't and won't send me any information. They are harassing my family members as well. Please track these people down, how many people can they hurt! |
| | | These guys are trying to collect on payday loans. They had an active information from my bank from years ago. They also have the last 4 of my Social Security. They have contact my family they have left harassing phone calls and are very very rude when I talk to. Please do not give them out information just don't feed the trolls peopled. |

| | | Here we go again with a new number. These people are ridiculous. They call everyday saying that there is a bill owed for a loan that I did not get. No company name. Here is a list of some of the numbers they have used. 844-514-6247, 844-510-1813, 844-243-2207, 844-243-5515, 844-243-2208, +844-243-2208, 844-243-2024, +844-243-2024, 844-271-2526, 844-279-1645, 844-279-7429, and 844-290-7067. It is a SCAM. I guess when the number has gotten enough complaints they get a new number. |
| | | Got a call this morning 6/22/2016 saying that I owe greenwood holdings company $427 for a payday loan from 2011. I've never had a payday loan. |
