| | | Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Spoke to them yesterday regarding "late" payment. Turns out THEY misplaced it as the check was already cashed by THEM. Told them yesterday I would send them the copy of the check. They are still calling, at least 8 times today. The times I have answered they have apologized and said it is an automated dialer and won't be updated to reflect the fact that the matter is settled until a few days from now. In the meantime I have to listen to the damn phone ring constantly!! Seems to me they ought to have a way to update the automated dialing system in real time! |
