Extemely provocative and called me by first name. I IMMEDIATELY hung up and have tried repeatedly to block these multiple phone numbers.
This male person has used repeatedly different numbers: 844.718.3989 and 844.330.8025 today 8.23.19 and many others previously. |
| | Called and said he was from Geek Squad at Best Buy. He then told me to go to my computer. When I asked for his phone number, he gave me some random numbers. When I was about to say that I would call him right back, he said that was not his number. When I asked for his number again, he said that I did not need his number. Then, he seemed to get frustrated and hung up. This call was from the 844-892-4191 |
| | my iPhone window said Spam Risk as the caller ID for this number |
| | I received both of the calls from an Alex and a Katie saying that I had won something in a $25,000 drawing.I have not returned the calls. Has anyone? Is it another timeshare company? |
| | Katie, same script as all the other comments listed |
| | Alex and Katie both called me on different days and time but they said the same thing that I won $25, 000 cash from a prize giveaway that I had entered and for me to call back at 844-892-4191. Alex is at extension 950 and Katie at extension 773. No they did say my name and I didn't call back either |

| | Voicemail so I don't know the originating number. "Alex" told me to call him at 844-892-4191 x 950 about my name being picked for a $25,000 award. However I do not fill out forms at malls, grocery stores, or events so it wasn't me. Anyway the message never used my name so I figured it's fake and haven't called back. |
| | Number was 844 892 4991 ext 950 Alex |
| | Obviously nothing more than a scam. A robocall that claims I won $25,000 from a sweepstakes I never entered. Company is unknown. Call back number is 844-892-4191 ext.. 950 Contact name is "Alex". CallerID number is fabricated. Reported this to the FTC. Lousy telecos need to fix this and stop the constant spoofing of CallerID. |
| | Katie, same script. You won call 844-892-4191 x773. |
| | Prerecorded message saying I should call "Alex" back because I won a $25,000 cash prize from filling out a contest entry at a local mall, grocery store, or event. The call came from a 617 number but said to call 844-892-4191 x 950 and ask for Alex. |
| | Same. Alex about $25,000 I won. Didn't call back. |
| | Same as the others. I didn’t answer but they left a voicemail. Said I won $25,000 for a contest I’m sure I never entered. Not sure what their end game is. |
| | Voicemail said it was Alex, sounded prerecorded. Said I'd entered a contest at a local mall or grocery store, which I have not. Also, never identified me by name, indicating it was a random call. The call came from 888-486-6972, but said to return the call at 844-892-4191, ext 950.
Scam, do not pick up or return the call. |
| | Alex $25,000 cash prize. Called the number back and there was no company name and when you are put through to voicemail its just a computerized recording. |
| | Alex- Holiday Cash Giveway. Cash prize $25,000. |
