| | | I called 844-809-1499 got a Indian guy, He said that he works for IT Tech. All I wanted to do is down load my pictures from my IPad Air. He said he noticed that I had a virus on my I pad air and it would cost my $100.00 to have it removed. He also stated that he would down load a virus protection. I paid the $100.00 with a credit card and he wanted to access my e mail, I told him why do you need access to my e mail, he said never mind. At this point I New this guy was up to know good. 844-809-1499 he said his name is Ricky Jr. I canceled my credit card, but he did get the $100.00. I also called life lock, Equifax#####, alert equifax and Trans union to block any credit report or loans and credit card with out contacting me.This guy Ricky has down loaded a program that takes pictures of your computer screen when you are on. He will use this to get you personal information about you. We deleted the program but my computer is running really slow now and this is a brand new computer. |

| | | This indian guy called. Dont speak to him. He had me on the phone for 45 mins. Trying to download stuff because i didnt buy his 499.99 two year warranty. |
| | | Same thing...got pop up saying to call this number or my PC would be locked. I did call, got someone with a heavy Indian accent wanting me to give him permission to look at my PC remotely. I told him no. I told him I would give him the error code and if he couldn't walk me through the steps, forget it and I hung up on him. I then looked up Microsoft support and called them. They said this is a scam. They want $500 to fix your PC or they will lock it down. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR PC EVER UNLESS IT IS YOUR PERSONL IT GUY!!! |
| | | PC pop-up message saying my PC was infected and I must call this number immediately or my network access would be suspended. I had a similar message several months ago and have up-to-date antivirus protection. |
