Foreign voice, long pause before speaking into phone, lots of background noise. No sales pitch, but multiple calls in last hour

Indian accents, multiple calls, something about a muscle builder system was all I could understand. I asked to be removed from their list, the guy agreed, then they called 5 more times. I put them into my call blocker. Don't answer or they'll never leave you alone.

Called multiple times a day for a week. Throughout all 24 hours. No response when I answered the calls, and no voicemails left. Finally answered one last call and a lady said "this is so-and-so calling about a teeth whitening product." I muted the call so she hung up. Strong foreign accent and heard lots of background noise.
