We had trouble with our computer last month and I called Microsoft tech support. I paid them $199 to fix my computer which they did. I received a phone call last night from "Microsoft Tech" telling me the same story as others noted that they had detected problems with my computer. I thought they were legit and let them on. Tech's name was Daniel who had a thick Indian accent. The number he called from was 666-439-1516. They went through the same scam of telling me about my CLS ID # and showing me all of the warnings on my computer
