This so-called credit collection agency asks for personal and banking information that ANY accredited collection agency - if you owe them money and where - should already possess. They don't ask for it the same way your utility or bank might ask to confirm your identity. They ask for it FISHING way which could well mean identity scam. Regardless of their "accreditation" they are a borderline criminal enterprise. Steer clear!
