| | Apparently someone called officer Annie J*** called, lady with strong Indian accent. Told me that she was from HMRC, threatening me with action and consequences if I don't pay over the phone! |
| | Indian woman said she works for Her Majesty and now she's chasing me for unpaid tax! This is a well known hmrc scam call! Indian scammers will try to scare you that you owe tax to the government, and they are sending police in 1 hour to your door if You don't pay taxes over the phone! Pretty scary stuff if you weren't aware of it! |
| | It was strange. It rang with an english ring and then switched to an american ring tone... wtf !? A woman said she would pass me onto a chief officer. Officer with strong Indian accent claimed to be from HM Revenue & Customs. He said something about fraud and a warrant being out for my arrest. I hung up because I knew it was a HMRC scam. |
