Female recorded message reports that my broadband connection is liable to be terminated immediately due to fraudulent activity via my IP address. "Press 1 to discuss with a technician". After a few seconds, a male voice cut in and started to ask me to redirect my call... SCAM!
We kept receiving recorded messages when we picked up the phone telling us that our internet would be disconnected today. The choice was to select one option to stay with TalkTalk and another to disconnect.
