Called a medical billing office asking for patient information - stated she was with United Healthcare but provided a fake United Health care ID. Had none of our account or run numbers. Was told the correct process for requesting records, but kept refusing to do it that way. Wanted a physical address vs the P.O Box (was not given that) and attempted to circumvent all parts of the request process in order to "just get the information quickly". Very hard to understand, thick accent.

They left hard to understand voicemail asking for more information for patient medical records. Heavy East Indian accent. Highly likely to be a scam.

Several calls from this phone number over the past several weeks. Very heavy accent, can ony make out update info for medical records. I have never returned a call nor have they actually called during business hours. It came up Advantmed on my called ID. Pretty sure it is some kind of scam and if I can't understand you thats a real deal breaker. VERY Harassing

Woman with heavy accent called once. When I asked questions she hung up. About 2 weeks later a man with a similar heavy accent called, when I asked his questions he also hung up. Woman called again yesterday and left a phone number requesting a call back so I can submit information. This seems seriously fishy and harassing.

Called claiming they were from "Advantage Health" and were looking for provider information for medical records info. When I asked follow up questions, such as a name and title and a call back number, they hung up. The number has kept calling back and I let our operators know it was a spam call and to please block the number

Called asking about future information about medical records. Sounds like scan; called for ?"Advantage Health." Not normal procedure to require about medical records, sounds like some sort of scam.

10 calls since 12/23/16. Asks for a list of patients and doctors fax # and physical address. Each caller uses the name of a different insurance company they are calling on behalf. Beware of this!!! This is a scam.
