Yes same message and they are a total scam. Do not call them back. They will try and get you to go to the bank and wire them the money. I am reporting the guys to the FTC and the cops.

A woman voice left a VM "the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, to call back immediately".

Several calls threatening to sue. Claims to be IRS. They do NOT call, they mail.

Unknown but claiming to be IRS and threatening to file lawsuit if I did not respond to message. I do not answer unknown numbers nor do I respond to threats. Several calls from same exchange but different last four digits.
