this is an irs scam they will thretan to have you arrested and seize all property if you don't make an imidiate large payment
fake "IRS IS FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU" scam. I called the number back and a woman with an Indian accent answered "IRS, how may I help you?" When I said I got a message the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me, she said "wrong number" and hung up.
