| | | on 6/25/2018 we Received a fax from this "pharmacy" for a refill request for a patient that isn't seen in our office. Tried to call the pharmacy and the phone number 87-796-0449 doesn't work. After googling it and found out it is a scam we held on to the request just in case it was needed in the future.
Today (7/26/2018) we received an actual all from this "pharmacy" regarding the same request. After being told the patient isn't seen in our office the lady got offensive towards staff. She said she was calling from her cell phone which came up as STACIE WARNER (561) 644-2486. Tried to call back and of course NO ANSWER. |

They are always trying to get patient information, which, since we know they are scammers, we do not give them and tell them it is agains HIPAA regulations. They always want our fax number. I have patients who continually tell us that they never ordered from this scam pharmacy. They are committing Medicare fraud. |

The faxes arrived with no pharmacy name on them, just a phone number 877-796-0449 and fax 866-583-0576. |

When called directly with my work cell phone, only music playing then set up for a message.
Their message stated, by a person with a strong Filipino accent: One Stop Pharmacy for a prescription sent to Jordan Stubish call this number 603-492-9011, and another unintelligible number if the prescription had already been signed. I do not have a patient by that name. Thus they are targeting physicians to get prescriptions or something else, the main thing that was intelligible was my name. |

| | | Faxed prescriptions to a pharmacy. The pharmacy thought it was from my Dr's office. All 7 medications I had been on in the past. Legitimate pharmacy, number is a scam. |

| | | I have a number that used to be a doctor's 7 years ago. I get calls all the time from medical industry asking for him, even his own family wanting me to call back. This number rang and immediately stopped, so I wasn't able to answer it... not that I am actually dumb enough in 2017 to answer an 877 number...Anyway, this is likely a legit medical biz trying to get ahold of the physician who has no clue how easy it is for him to be victim of identity theft or fraud. These doctors you all trust so much change numbers all the time, and they never update them with the agencies they are registered. Think about that. |
