| | | Not sure who this is, but they couldn't even pronounce my first, middle or last name. Which is EXTREMELY simple. It was a recording. Did not say who they were, wanted me to press a number (NOT). This is the first time I have had this call. And the phone is not even in my name. No idea why or what. But if they can't provide that immediately, It's nothing more than harassment to me. I have no use for these callers and refuse to answer anything that does not show up on caller ID. Better luck next time a****s!! |
| | | I got a letter in the mail addressed to my address .. no name - first red flag. Saying I owe over 25 thousand dollars to royal bank of Montreal. I called the 877 number and asked what it's about and they had no idea . I gave them no info about myself and I've now been getting calls from a fraud number saying to update a credit card. I blocked the number . They Called me 2x an hour for a couple hours. I believe it's a total scam. |

She gave me 1877-385-2084 #5116. She was very rude. I asked about the credit card. She could not answer any of my questions. I told her I'll call Royal Bank myself. |
