i got a call at 11:59 am on 7/22/16 saying same thing. so i called back and he told me my husband would be arrested and he could not tell me anything. i told him if he did not give me a case# then i was calling my attorney and he hung up. so i called back and demanded a case # and he tild me if i called again he was filing harrassment charges and hu

He continues to call saying I have waived my right to counsel and there will be legal action against if I didn't call back within 24 hours. However he has called 3 times since then saying the same thing. How is this legal for people to get our phones and harass people.

What's strange about this is I called them back, knowing they were scammers, and they never asked for money. They never told how much I was supposed to owe or what they wanted to settle. What kind of scammers are they if they don't ask for money... LOL

Richard called and it was automated and they had called once before I told them they had a wrong number. Lawsuit pending etc. I just hung up after the 2nd call. Nothing but a bunch of pathetic people trying to scam and scare people.

# they called from. A Mr Bates called. I called back and the shakiest sounding guy answered. I told him this was being reported to the police and FBI
He started laughing and said just ignore Mr. Bates messages !!
Extremely annoying because they are calling on our business line

I called this Richard Bates guy back after he left me some vague "menacing" voicemail, I told him to take my name off his pathetic little call list on his computer. Said otherwise he'll have to deal with my husband. Dude had the nerve to CALL ME BACK AND CALL ME A PEICE OF SH*T!!?!? Is there anything I can do? I called the Warsaw Kentucky nonemergency police number and they sent me over to the DA. They seem fairly willing to help. Especially after I told them he called again and I just picked up and hung up since I was worried he was going to leave something nasty on my voicemail that my two children could hear. He's called from a couple different numbers.
Also if anyone else is getting berated by him, I highly advise calling the Warsaw Kentucky County police department or the DA. The more calls they get the more likely this will get shutdown.

Just received a call from Laura Wright, saying all the same s*** as above... she got belligerent when I told her she was full of s***. told her to suck my What????? funny as heck. Then she hung up on me. I called back, started in on what a criminal I was... lol I told her, she had now idea, yet... but I will find her. she hung up again. go figure.

First said he was Richard then said he was Garret Morrison. Made threats to me and called me stupid and a loser. I requested as supervisor numerous times and was refused access to one.

I also got a message from this Richard today too. He must be hard for money and a sorry piece of crap. I wish the law could catch these sorry scammers.

Would not give name. Stated I would be arrested onfelony charges in the morning if I didn't make arrangements to pay a 1200. debt. Scared the hell out of me

I got a call from Richard Bates at 859-402-8553 at my WORK number which I never gave to anyone... he left a voice message saying I was in Litigation and if I didn't return his call he would file this away as refusing to the courts.

Voice message started mid stream saying to call immediately to be connected to an investigator.

I had someone called my husband number. I never gave anyone his number cause I dint even know it my self. They said they were going to arrest me in a morning and I need it to pay it.

Just received Phone call from Richard he was harassing & told me to get a criminal atty. & bail bonds man after I told them to not call me bc I'm in bankruptcy/

I just got the same call from Richard about 10 minutes ago (June 24, 2016 @ 1245 PST). They did not specify who they were looking for, nor did they specify anything other than the "pending case" ending with the same statement as the other comment here (6/18/2016).

Someone called and it was an automated service. It said press 1 to speak with someone, so I did. When I got a person, he asked for someone I didn't know. He then started to tell me that the person he was looking for slept with four guys and they were sick. They were suing her for getting them sick. I told him that I don't know who he is looking for and that I wanted him to change the number on his file, but he kept telling me these disgusting things. I finally got so sick of it, I hung up on him.
