Just got voice message also from some Mrs. Daniels ,, and that someone had filed a complaint against me federal and to call back or I was going to be taken to court sounded very weird because I don't do illegal. Or anything bad to anyone

Message was left on my phone from a jack fitz.....but when I called they wouldn't give me jack fitz....the guy was chewing something and it sounded terrible on my end. Said someone had filed a claim against me...still no jack fitz....very rude ..I hung up n called my attorney.....

Same guy Thomas Klein called me about an almost ten year old jcpenney card at first I was like ok but then I realized I never opened a jcpenney card only a Macy's card i called him back to let him know and he was really rude. Spoke over me and threatened to take me to court he said he was going to sue me and that I was a liar. Told him to stop calling me and he said I have your Ssn and your credit report I know all about u!! You owe this debt and I will sue you. I asked him again to stop calling me and he said well find out about a cease and desist letter on your own you're taking up my time and hung up

Calling saying that her name is Leah Daniels. Said she had my social and I have charges at the local courthouse and being served with a summons the next day. I need to be there to sign or they're going to my job. I can stop this by calling the number she left.
I called my courthouse 1st and learned that there are no charges or summons. I was advised to contact the state police. Trooper told me that it's a money scam.

Number was blocked said to call 855-764-8917 scammer was a lawrence hauser states same thing we will be visiting tomorrow to have you sign important claim documents.no company name just reference#.

Recieved a vm today from 855-764-8944, from a Ms. Daniels from the office of NCR. She says that I had a complaint filed againest me regarding my dad who is now deceased and has been since last year. This Ms. Daniels says she needs a statement from me or my legal counsel directly. Im glad I searched the number because I thought what is going on and who would report me about my dad who is dead. Im going to block this number....

I have been receiving calls at my mother's house number from a man named Thomas Klein. Because I no longer live there my Mother and Grandmother have been answering the calls. He tells them that they are taking me to court and he even went so far as to tell my mother that it over an Old Navy credit card and they would be going to court the next day. Well the next day came and went. Then the day after next a call from a restricted number left a voice-mail on my phone. It was this Thomas Klein claiming his ' firm ' has filed a complaint with my local municipal court and they need me to call them at 855-764-8894 ext 111. This is all kinds of wrong for several reasons. 1. The credit card in question has been defaulted without payment for about 10 years now passing the statute of limitations in my state to sue for credit card debt. It's not even in my credit report anymore.
2. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act prohibits a debt collector from discussing your debt to a third party, in this case family members who were not authorized users of the credit card nor are they my legal guardians or attorneys.
3. Most telling of all I checked the court dockets for both cities I've resided and I am not listed on ANY of them. Plus I've never received a letter or certified mail to serve me my summons to go to court.
All in all these guys are faker than a $3 bill and I won't be retuning any of their calls.

SCAM! I've had the exact same experience. I blocked the number. I pick up the phone to a recording saying to call back regarding a debt and they have satisfied their 3-call notification and that they will now contact the authorities, or some crap like that. I called back twice thinking... dang.. what is this, but nobody ever answered, so it's got to be a scam.

Left several messages for someone else saying she has a complaint against her, the evidence is substantial, all calls are being documented. Warns that if she does not call back her file will be forwarded without her statement. I don't even know anyone with the name they're using in the messages, it seems very phishy.
