left me a message that they were going to serve me, gave a case number but wouldn't give any other information. I have no collection issue. I would not recommend giving them any money over the phone.

Keep calling me saying it's urgent. I have dealt with this type of caller before & it is certainly a scam.

Same as above! Told me my debt was over 2000 then said they could do a settlement for 788 then later said they could take it down to 442 if i paid in 3 hrs. Refused to give me an address or any info about them beside a bunch of names that i couldnt even find online. ACS, c and c capitol and minors associates. Also said i could only pay over the phone.

Call was concering my daughter and her former address.. State they were serving papers but not what for except for a case number.
I believe this to be a scam so I am not calling the number 855 261 2202 back.

Called me numerous times saying they were going to serve me. Asked for information and they hung up the phone and refused to answer anymore of my questions.
