| | | The call comes in on caller ID as customer service. I answered it. First thing the caller said was he was from HP and that my computer was sending them a notice I had a virus. I immediately told him that I would contact my sister who owns a computer company. I hung up, called HP to double check that they are not making calls, they said they will not ever call anyone. I called the Federal Trade Commission they said that this is a scam so I gave him the number and reported it. BEWARE of these kind of people don`t give them any personal information!! |

| | | Just had an call from an Indian man, quite the most polite one I might add, who said that he was from Microsoft and there was an issue with my PC. Unfortunately, I was not as polite, told him that there was nothing wrong with my computer, asked him not to call me again, and hung up on him before he could defend himself. |
