Indian man called saying he was from Talk Talk and that my slow running internet service was because there was a problem with my router and they wanted to send an engineer to replace it??? My internet is working fine. I asked him to put it all in an e-mail to me but he ignored me and continued to ask if all the lights on my router were flashing. When I said 'just because he said he was from Talk Talk didn't mean he was' he put the phone down on me ...... says it all really!!
