Exact same thing. Called me, I called back there was a busy tone. Scammers or something

Saw that this number called me, but when j tried to call back it seems to cancel the call

Answered and there was silence on the line. Called the number back and it said call could not be completed.

Caller ID said it was Verizon. I answered & there was nobody on the line, not even a recording.
