The politicians who created the CAN-SPAM legislation have any fees and penalties which should go to the people who are affected, going to the government and lawyers instead- it's disgusting- review for yourselves.
We need to stop being victims, wise the hell up, and start hunting these f***erd down ourselves. All we need to do is catch just one and beat them to the point they are barely breathing, post the event on YouTube, and this will slow down. Do it consistently, and it will stop because they are cowards. This scam money is being trafficked through multiple schemes- not the least of which is ISIS.
