Left a message saying that my name and SSN were part of a fraud investigation and that if I didn't call them back by the end of the day they were going to have me served with a warrant at my place of business due to fraud. Nice try!

These bottom feeders keep calling harassing myself and family members. Stating they took me to court and that their is a warrant and the Sheriff will come to my house and will arrest me. DO NOT listen to these ****roaches, it's just a gimmick to get you rattled. An arrest warrant is a public record. It is just another unsavory tactic to get payment for an item disposed from 10 years ago!!!

DO NOT SPEAK WITH THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. They will say something with your SSN being flagged for a debt/lawsuit in Virginia. They threaten to send the Sheriff to your door. They not only call you, they also call your family and friends asking for you. They say you owe some debt with a different company and they threaten to take you to court. Do not listen to them!!! We were smart enough to ask them to send us court papers and they hung up and didn't call back.

got the same call, saying my SS# has been flagged and that a sheriff is coming to my house or place of work, glad i saw this cause i got scared for a sec lol.

Called my saying I owe 10,000. They would be taking me to court. I was stupid enough to give my bank card. But quickly cancelled. They would not accept my payments wanted full amount and wanted multiple credit card numbers.
