I have blocked rachel, karmen etc of card services hundreds of times over the last 15-20 yrs.. Between the credit card scam and the IRS scam I would have to give the rachel card service scam the lead for sheer # of calls. IRS jerks second and then the computer virus scammers 3rd. Amazed that Rachel of card services still uses the same recording and music that they used a decade ago. All of them are nothing but the lowest and dirtiest jerk wads on this planet.

I got a phone call from these stupid scammers all the time. I submitted a complaint to FTC and most of them stopped calling. There are still some who get through and pretended to be from IRS. They have the nerve to use IRS! What a stupid idiot. I should say send them to Iraq

Was not home at the time 2:50 PM.ID say wireless caller. That is a scam so they can't be track to a land line.
