I got a phone call from Susan saying that a pending legal matter required my immediate attention. She said she couldn't believe I hadn't been contacted already and it was imperative that I take care of this. I told her I wanted more information to be sent to me. She kept trying to avoid that and just telling me it was a very important legal matter. I blocked the number. They (she) even called my step son telling him I was going to be in trouble if I didn't take care of this, but again, nothing is being given in writing.

Susan Ellen called saying I had a fraud case pending and I was going to have that on my record I did not take care of. When i asked for her to send me it writing, she responded by it will take awhile to get it. I have not heard from since. I did call the company that had me in collection,they gave me the agency that bought the debt and I contacted them directly. It is a harassing threatening call. Nothing else.
