Same here told me I was going to be arrested for tax fraud

Why can't anyone put a stop to this, I know someone that was tricked into this BS scammer and was out a lot of money! I have been called a few times from these people, After you speak to them for a while they seem to back down after they started yelling and demanding money, don't back down and give in to their demands!

I received a call from this number saying to call back immediately because I was to be convicted of tax fraud. A man said his name was Daniel Peterson saying he worked for Federal Government IRS and that he needed to speak to my criminal attorney because I was going to be arrested for tax evasion. He had a very thick accent and I told him I could not understand him and had no idea what he was talking about. He hung up on me.

I got a phone call stating there is a claim for tax fault involving my name and need to call them immediately but the number 4153014718 is not in service

I got this IRS Scam call too. Search phone scams on the IRS site to see were to report calls from this number:
* Contact TIGTA to report the call. Use their “IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting” web page. You can also call 800-366-4484.
* Report it to the Federal Trade Commission. Use the “FTC Complaint Assistant” on FTC.gov. Please add "IRS Telephone Scam" in the notes.

Says they are IRS. I gave my first name only and asked who they were calling for and he says my first name again. I asked again for the last name and he says in Arizona. I said there are many people in Az with my first name, what's the last name. He says Ortiz. I said no wrong number. He says no wait, let me try again. When I laughed and told him no he needs to remove my number he hung up. I called back and the same guy answers and tells me there is a warrant for my arrest. I told him you can't call people and make up names and demand money. He said he didn't demand money. I said you just told me there's a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud. He started yelling and is very hard to understand and I ended call.
