| | Left messages the IRS is going to sue me for back taxes. Remember the IRS never contacts you threw any format except standard mail. Do not fall for this SCAM. |
| | This is a scam...they are calling non-stop saying the IRS is filing a law suit.....do not fall for this! |
| | I can not believe anybody is stupid enough to believe this scam. As it is said: Nobody ever went broke underestimating the public's intelligence. |
| | 3604641418 got the same scam...fight back, keep calling the number and mess with their heads. Play along and keep them on the phone...waste their time. It can be fun. Have a free moment, punch in the number. If enough of us do it we will load up their line and effectively shut them down |
| | Same as all the rest. I called them back and they refused to tell me who they were, but they wanted information about me. |
| | Scammer robo-call "informing me that IRS has filed lawsuit against" me. When you call back, rings through to transfer to another line and then a guy with a thick Indian accent answers, "Thank you for calling IRS. How may I help you?" Quality of the phone transmission was bad, and you can clearly hear other scammers on calls in the background. I told him he was not the IRS and I had reported the call to Treasury Department IG (TIGTA website). He hung up instantly. |
| | Caller ID from Olympia, WA. I didn't answer call. They left message. IRS is filing lawsuit against me.
I blocked number. |
| | Left message that i needed to call them regarding "a important filing". Blocked. |
| | Scam irs caller going by the name officer Jerry Anderson threatening to arrest you and seize your bank accounts if you didn't pay your outstanding tax return payment and it was the final notice. He sounds professional so don't fall for it! I freaked out for a bit. Remember, irs never contacts you through any forms of communication except standard mail. |

360-464-1418 Olympia WA. --->>This is a scam!! Threatened to have me arrested for a 2010 IRS debt of 9k ( that I don't have). Very rude and loud. Heavy accent. Wanted "bond" money to cover "lawyer fees". When i questioned him he said a officer will be at my door as soon as we hang up because I'm wasting his time |

| | Individual with heavy accent claiming to be an IRS agent. Stated I was being sued by IRS and threatened to have me arrested if I did not settle the payment. They did not ask for any information nor did I give any. They already knew my name and address. As I questioned them about the "outstanding" IRS bill, they stated I was not in a position to ask questions and stated if I did not settle the amount now, they would send the authorities over withing 45min to have me arrested. They were very aggressive. Just reported the scam through the TIGTA website as well. |
| | IRS filing a lawsuit against us. 1 360 464 1418. First call clear threatening to sue . Second call garbled threatening to sue . |

| | Caller ID said "Olympia, WA". They left a message stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us and would take us to court, I contacted the IRS to report the scam through the TIGTA website. |
