Robotic male voice, didn't get the beginning of the spiel because I let it go to voicemail. All I heard was "inform you about a lawsuit which has been filed on your name. So before we go with legal matter and send this case to the local county courthouse, kindly call us back at our numer which is" and then they give the number. This is the third call in two days.

Received two voicemail from this number saying that my name is filed for a lawsuit. Didn't even state name, company, etc. Just gave me a phone number to call back.

Person identified himself as Kevin Jones. He stated there had been two attempts by certifed letter to issue an affidavit that stated four vioations of IRS law. he stated that the certified letters were returned as undeliverable.
