called Chicago IRS office to my land line, said problem with 2009 and 2014 tax filings, I owe $8,900, IRS sent me several notice by mail, I did not response on time and IRS opened CP501 case. Next step is warrant for my arrest issued by the crime investigation for tax fraud. two options either pay the money or go to court with $75,000 court fee and additional attorney fees. But she mentioned my old address in Chicago area, I moved to another state in 2010, and moved to overseas in 2014. She said I have to update my address in IRS page, blah, blah..She did not realize my residency address is always on the tax documents. When I checked the number number is not listed on IRS web page and when you call back it is busy. They are trying to get your money when they reach you first, if you are not paying immediately, they are calling you back next day (second attempt today). I am sure she will call me tomorrow too. This is SCAM,
