I received a call from a man claiming to be from IRS informing me that I was being sued and that I needed to act soon. His accent was so strange, I could barely understand what he was saying. I hung up.

The Hindi Lady Claiming to be from Microsoft calling with a 13.5 hour difference and with a 310 area code number.
She could not provide an IP address to which she was allegedly using to associate a phone number with me.
I spoke to her in her Hindi Language, (Kaise Ho? -> How are you? --- Gyow-wah? -> What do you want?...
She asked if I was drunk.. I asked if SHE was DRUNK if she expected me to turn over control of my computer to her or to log on to any site she'd suggest.
She's a polite irritant who should GET A REAL JOB and not try scamming us.
When such people are caught, the use of Pruning Sheers on one of their fingers each time they violate our privacy so that after 10 times they are dialing the Telephone like Mr. Ed (The Horse)... with a pencil in their teeth to press the phone number... On the next violation, ya' sew up their mouths so they have to place the pencil in their nose to dial...

called 3 times answered first talking about microsoft go to computer said don't know what talking about. hang up they called 2 times right after that did not answer.

me- Hello.
she- Hi, I'm calling from Microsoft about your computer. You do own a computer, right?
me- What? I hung up, just as she started talking.

Indian accent saying my computer is viruses & for $99.00 & access to my computer, it can be fixed or they'd have to report me to authorities. I told them, that'd be great, but the only problem is I don't have a computer, and that I'm turning their number to the local authorities.

A person called saying he is from "Windows" and that he is here to help with my computer. He asked what I was seeing on my computer, and I said "porn". He said, "Excuse me? Are you serious?" And I said "Yes you caught me in the middle of me masturbating". He then hung up.

two guys talked to me over the phone, told me i had a virus on my computer. hung up when i got really curious as to who it was, claiming to be apple and told them i didn't have money to download their virus software.

Called the office landline said something about my computer, I said I dont have one and he hung up.

Person with heavy Indian accent claimed to work for Microsoft and wanted me to go to my computer to fix the problem with Windows. I told him I don't use Windows, I use Apple. He replied, "oh you use Mac, ok, then go to your Mac?" I laughed and said, "No, why would I want to do that?" He hung up on me. Obviously a poor attempt at a scam, but I have no idea how they got my private cell number.

I got the same kind of call as others are reporting. A Indian sounding man called saying he was from Microsoft and there are problems with our computer (there are-we just got a virus). We never called for help and he kept trying to pressure me to go to my computer. I told him off and hung up.

Pakistan caller... tried to convince me he was trying to rescue me from my computer!

Called to tell me my computer was reporting errors to the monitoring system, which could be fixed by remote access. When I laughed at him, he asked why I was laughing, and hung up when I said, "Because you're a criminal."

CID said wireless caller. Partial message sounded like someone speaking Spanish to someone else in a room with a lot of background noise.
