Caller pretending to be the IRS and threatening a law suit. Do not answer the phone for these *sshats!

I got a message similar to all of these comments saying, that this was a final attempt to contact me. The IRS would be filling suit against me if I did not call back at the number 305-363-3562. The message also said that if I didn't call back that I would be receiving a notice of a lawsuit filled in my area against me.

Total scam. Just got this call today, like everyone else on here, its an automated message saying IRS has filed a law suit and ti call this number back blah blah blah... i know its BS because when i filed taxes i paid turbo tax for protection and when i checked my email to see if i got a notice from them, there was nothing in my email... bunch of SCAM artists who need to get a REAL JOB!

Just got a call from this number. Caller ID shows the call coming from the Batesburg-Leesville, SC area. The said they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me. They said I needed to call them back and an agent was waiting for me to call.
Well, they can keep waiting!!! I have been dealing with these IDIOTS for over 6 months now, calling me from different numbers. This is a total SCAM!!! I honestly don't know how to stop them from calling me. On the average I get about 2 calls a day from them. I can block the number and they call from a different number...so aggravating :(

I got a phone call from this number (305)-363-3572 they said them that someone was waiting to hear from me they said they are filing a lawsuit against me to get more info from this data base a I.R.S agent is waiting for me to call them back its seams like it's bogus it's a scam one picks up @ (305)-363 3572

got a call from 305 363 3572 left message repeated the 305 363 3572 twice told me to call back IRS agent is waiting for my call. once it rang busy, next it rang then sounded like it was a disconnected number.....scammed I'm suren

I got s message from this number saying there the irs I called it back spoke to 3 people said there taking me to court tax evasion but won't provide ID numbers or a case number, then hung up on me.

I got a call from this number saying the IRS is taking me to court. These people are scamming people out of large amounts of money and I hope they are stopped before more people are affected!!

I a message say i am being sued by the irs and to call back. I call them back they say they a letter twice. I told him i didn't get one and i ask him whats my name. He said what the numberyou are calling from.i said well why cant you tell mey name and do you know if they sent me anything but dont know my name or numbers

I've received this message from the IRS twice today. The number says it's from Marathon Florida. The message repeats the phone number twice and says that an IRS agent is waiting for my call back.
