I keep getting a call from so called Diane for EPS, too. It's getting ridiculous. It's definitely a scam since the message never states a name for who the message pertains to. And they've called me many times, yet I've never been delivered these so called documents! Scams are getting very ridiculous.

Apparently "Diane" is a busy busy because she is calling me as well. I always let it go to voice-mail but it annoyed me so much that today I Google it. (Which is how I got here) glad to know I'm not the only one. And THAT'S why i have voicemail. Lol But seriously. Quit calling me "Diane". Ain't nobody got time for that. (Really annoying so guess I'm blocking number but I wish somebody would make them STOP HARRASSING us all)

Some person named Diane white keeps calling from an agency saying something about legal documents and there needs to be some immediate action. Well I tried calling the number back and all I got was a busy signal. Its a scam!

I have had pretty much the same experience with this number. It sounded like a recorded, fast-paced message saying that they needed to deliver documents and if I had any questions to call the number and talk to their client directly. I'm not sure what this scam is but I'm pretty much tired of these calls.

Got a message from some Diana White advising of some documents attempted to be delivered to my home or business??? Called back and they were unable to tell me who they were attempting to reach.

Received a call today from Diane of EPS, same message and number to call back. I thought it was very strange that such an important message would be left on my phone without even verifying my name. This is a SCAM.

This is a scam. I live in Dallas and received this call. IT is almost the exact number of the actual EPS in Albany, so I talked to someone there. Apparently, it is a process server company but unless I own property in NY and am going into foreclosure, they wouldn't be calling. DEFINITELY A SCAM!

Nice to have call block don't give these people no information. I called them back and told them if they did not stop I would have papers served on them. 1500 per call. They said my number would be took off there list.

Diane from EPS on behalf of a client to serve papers to no name at all. She called my employer but when we answered she was half way through her speech then hung up. Obvious scam.

Same experience - something about legal documents and was supposed to call 518-375-2202. I called back the original number and they said it was for "Stacy Hawkins." Said I never heard of her. Replied that they would take my name off list. S-C-A-M!

They called me same same stuff, I called them back said they had wrong number, blocked their number. They did say I would be further reprimanded in court for falsifying documents. Illegal to even say that to the person your collecting the debt from let alone telling a stranger about others credit matters. Reporting to federal trade commission. Ftc.gov

They called saying I was getting served at work or home if I didnt take action soon..total scam!!!

I called from a seperat number. They wanted me to tell them what number THEY left the message on. They say they deliver and serve legal documents.
They didn't even know who they were looking for. I said " leave a message with my name and we can talk"
SCAM!!

I've had two calls in the last couple of days from this number. Yes, the lady was out of breath from trying to spit out her message about legal papers. They said there was a formal complaint against me and they needed "detailed" information on my address and how to reach me to deliver these formal documents. SCAM!
