Recorded message saying this was the FINAL WARNING from the IRS and to call this number. I reported to IRS via tigta.gov and filled out a complaint form. A recent newspaper story said a senior had fallen for this scam and was instructed to take out thousands in green stripe cards and give the card numbers to the scammers.

Left automated message as if it is from IRS. Called back. A guy with obvious Indian intonation picked it up. He said his name is Jack Dougles (You gotta be kidding!). He threatened me that I am criminal as of 8/22/2016 due to overdue income tax. He also threatened me that I will be arrested in 20~30 min. He said his IRS ID is IRM2H19 and my legal case number is CH76295. I ISSUED THE SAME LEGAL CASE NUMBER, CF12345! CF stands for 'Cow F****er'!!!! Junk people....

I called back, man with Indian accent answered and said he was the IRS, I replied " ok douche nozzle " and hung up
