Same...received two calls from Steve Modern. Couldn't understand him exactly. Tried to call back...disconnected.

I received a call from a pre-recorded message stating that I was being sued.

Received a call from 215-560-0140 at the Sheriff's Office dispatch center, where I work. Heavily Indian accented people, called them back three times, they hung up on me.

I called them after listening to the treasury garbage I asked him that you are in treasury Dept please send me 1 million dollar. This guy hung up

I have also received this very suspicious call from "Steve Marks" or "Steve Martin" (with a foreign accent) purportedly with the "US Treasury." Same as above comments - a rather threatening sounding message about it being a second attempt, something about a grand jury/federal offense.

A guy going by the name of Steve Martin with an Indian accent calls threatening me with a federal offense and if I don't call back I will have to appear before a magistrate. I received June 30th and blocked it and I got called again today and again I blocked it.

Same thing - Indian guy saying it was a second attempt and that I had to appear before a magistrate. Said he was from the US Treasury.

I like how they don't State who are calling for. If it was something that serious don't you think they will at least know the nane of the person who they're calling for... slow!!

6/30/2016 Same thing. He said that this is the second attempt and that I needed to appear before a federal magistrate. This scam is getting old.

A man just called us leaving a message threatening us to cooperate before the federal magistrate.. Have no idea what this is about.

Same experience as above. Somebody claimed to be from Treasury, also got same call from 844#

Caller ID shows Philadelphia. A guy with an Indian accent claimed this was his second attempt at contacting me with regards to a federal offense I allegedly committed and that I need to cooperate with him otherwise I'll have to stand before a grand jury. Scam.

Message left purporting to be from US Tresaury, male voice with Indian accent - in other words, the same IRS scam. Interestingly, I received the identical message an hour before from an 844 #. Block and delete.
