Recording saying lawsuit filed against me. SCAM

This number called me twice today. Leaving the same message the IRS has a filed a lawsuit against me (obviously a scam) and once I googled the number and this came up, it was definitely true. I called the number back to see what they had to say: man answers (sounds like he's in a food court of a mall), tells me to "listen" then told me "I want your p**sy". He was 100% Indian. I blocked the number and reported it to my local police which said they've gotten a lot of complaints regarding this.

Indian IRS. I don't get it. Can you imagine the job interview... we want you to pretend to be someone you are not.

STOP Calling me.... don't take their hook or dagger. Robot calls - fake, fake, fake

I have received several of these calls. They reportedly are from the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. I called and they asked for my name, birth date, and last 4 of my social security number. I asked what this was about, he said (with a thick Indian accent) that he would tell me everything once he was able to open my file and he would then give me his name and badge number. I told him it sounded like a scam to me and did not give him any of the information he was asking for. I ultimately hung up on him, he was persistent. They keep calling. I will need to block the number now that I can confirm that it is a scam.

My 78 year old dad got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS. I called back and they asked what number I got the message on. I gave them my work number and first name. He proceeded to ask for my last name. I asked if the information came up in his system since I gave him my number and he hung up. I called back twice and no one picks up. Total scam.

Call me twice, claiming that the IRS had filed a claim against me. Called them back and some Indian accent guy answered the phone. Total scam.

Got a call a few minutes ago from a recorded female voice, stating that the IRS has been trying to get a hold of me and is filing a lawsuit against me. Advised me to call them back and repeated the call-back number twice! Seriously??? I have an accountant do my taxes, and it is NOT hard to get a hold of me--or him for that matter! Definitely a scam!

I got a call at 11:30am informing me that IRS is failing a lawsuit against me. Called the number and it was busy

I received a call just now stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call back immediately. It was a recorded message.
