Phone call i received from the scammer word for word:
"This is Daniel Wiseman calling you from the legal department of the Internal Revenue Services. This is in reference to a criminal lawsuit filed against you. Your case number is CF93271. The moment you receive this message, I need you to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. The hotline to my desk is 914-228-9220, I repeat it 914-228-9220. Don't disregard this message to return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either [garbeled] I wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you."

Got the same call from a so called Daniel Weizman. Similar message as above. Glad i checked it out first. Was a bit scared at first, no lie. But sounded like a scam.

Calls daily.. Leaves a voiccemail every time..
Watch out folks!! It's a scam.. Don't give any information..

Holy crap....this dude called my phone also just yesterday.....left message all same stuff ...case # CF93271....guess we all did this together....I'm looking forward to actually answering and having fun with this scam!!
Phil NC. Oh and soon as I heard the voice mail I looked it up right away...can't believe some people fall for this....stand up for yourself people!

Received a call earlier today stating that he was Daniel weidman from the IRS. Said that there was a criminal charge against me and that I should call him right away. If I didn't call him or my attorney did he wished me luck l. Sounds like a scam because the IRS doesn't call people!

I received a phone call from this number and did not answer. I supposedly have a criminal lawsuit against me from the IRS. I am to call Daniel Wiseman immediately with Case File # CF93271. If they didn't hear back from me or my lawyer then the only thing they can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. Total Scam. I'm not going to call them back. The IRS doesn't call people. They send letters and then show up at your door.

Just received phone call from this number. Officer Michael Miller stating I owed money to IRS gave me Case No and his Badge number told me to get attorney or I would be arrested and everything I owed taken away from me.

I experienced the the message as the other callers. Daniel Weizmann, a special agent for the IRS was calling with a case number for an IRS law suit and asked that I call back immediately. Bogus call. Do not call back!

Said it was a criminal charge. And if me or my attorney did not return the call asap they would begin the charges and all they could say is good luck to me. Number was 202-754-8181. Left message on my cell phone.

Just got the call this morning, I ain't gone lie, I was a lil scared!!!! LOL! Mf gone tell me we getting arrested when they send the officer out if we don't pay 3,500 today!! Glad I came to my senses!!

Today I received 2 voice mails from this number, identifying themselves as Daniel Wiedman, I'm sure it's a scam!

I have not worked in over 8 years. My last irs debt was paid off 7 years ago and i have the records. This is a complete scam! The irs does not call to collect. If they attempt to collect they will notify you hy mail, not call or even e-mail you.

Got the message on my cell, I called from a different number, odd accent lady, maybe man, answered and asked me if my case number was bla bla bla, and I said I don't know, so I asked how they knew my case number because I had not given them any information, he or she said well isn't this the number you got the message on, I said no it is not. Then they asked for the number I received the message on, I laughed and said have a nice day and hung up. Scam, big time.

I should have received some mail about this if it wasn't a scam, not an electronic recording telling me I was being sued by the IRS. Messages came from this number in D.C. and also from 312.767.5601 in Chicago.

Received the same call. Automatically thought it was a scam as a live person from the IRS would call not some automated system. SCAM

I was told that there was a law suit against me and I better call this # or I would face the what ever happens on my own. SCAM in my opinion.
