got the robo message, too. Gave me a name (Wiseman), phone # (2027548179), and CF # 93271. Good timing on the call, though as I am waiting for my refund and call made be nervous and I woke up early to check the number.

Got this call twice today from officer Daniel Wiseman saying he's from the IRS legal dept.

just received a call from David Wiseman, saying he's from the IRS legal dept. and there is a lawsuit against me. He gave me a CF # to reference when I all back. Well, David, please hold your breath waiting for my call back. Hahahaha!

I received the same call when i called the irs to figure out what was going on they said it was a scam and to advise the caller that i have notified my local law enforcement. He also told me my childrens lives where affected and that if i didnt pay 4500 within 1 hour my adult childrens wages would be froze and garnished! so of course i told the man that if he didn't remove my name form the calling list i would be reporting it he kindly told me to "f" off and hung up on my i have received 40 plus phone calls in the last 7 days from the same number i block the number and i get a call from a number 1 digit off the first 100 i blocked! LOL these calls start at 0430 pst time...the only good these calls are doing is ensuring i am at work on time every day including saturdays and sundays lol

Got this call twice today from officer Daniel Wiseman saying he's from the IRS legal dept. and there's a law suit against me. Gave a CS case number and this number to call back. Of course I knew it was a phishing call and am ignoring it.
What a bunch of scumbags! They'll scare some seniors who'll give them personal info.
Hang them from the highest tree.

5/23/2016, same message from"irs officer" daniel, saying some1 filed a lawsuit against me & 2 call immediately/don't dismiss or good luck! Soo glad I did not call & found this on my browser! I'll warn family & friends, but wish some1 would do something about it!!! I'm on the do not call registry, so I'll see if they can.

Called and said they were with the IRS and I had a criminal case against me. I must call right away and if i don"t call or have my lawyer call it will be on me when I have to answer to the suit. He gave a number CF 93765

Danial Wiseman just called to tell me he was from the legal dept of the IRS. That I needed to call him or when everything started happening. It would all fall on me. It sounded like a recording. I didn't call him but I did call my parents to let them no to ignore these phone calls. SCAM!!!

I just received a call from this number and its not the first its becoming very annoying they call at all hours of the night what is the purpose of the call I don't know because I don't answer they don't leave a message just a bunch of noise in the background

Call saying IRS filing criminal suite against us!

I just received this call on my office number. I couldn't make out the entire message but it ended with "if I do not hear back from you or your lawyer then I can only wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you." I did not catch a name but was also given a case number and asked to return call immediately.

Claimed to be irs. Total scam!!! Don't give them anything!!! They total scam artists. I called them out they couldn't give me a straight answer so I told him he had no clue what he was taking about and hung up.

said there was a lawsuit against me from the IRS. Wrong! I know IRSsends out letters, that way there is a hard copy of what is being done. IRS never calls out of the blue!

This number has called me 5 times in the last three days leaving the same automated voicemail, that it's an officer from the IRS saying there is a criminal fraud case against me. I finally called the number back to tell the idiots to quit calling me. A guy with a strong middle eastern accent answered the phone with 'Officer Mike.' Seriously? I told him that it would be in his best interest to stop calling me and that I know they are trying to trick people into giving up personal information. I reiterated to stop calling and he told me 'That's fine. I will tell your local police to arrest you.' I just laughed uncontrollably and hung up. How does these people get away with this? I hope some poor senior citizens aren't being tricked by the these idiots.

Left me a message saying there is a suite against me, gave me a CF case number and claimed to be the IRS. I was threatened if I did not call them back they can not be responsible for the wrath that will be unleashed upon me should I not return the call. If the IRS wanted to reach someone u would be getting a certified letter, not a phone call from a robot.

FIrst time was for government grant and second time was for IRS filing suit against me.
