I got this person by Daniel wiseman saying that I have case pending against me from irs Also and to call him at that Num or my lawyer or good luck to me with the out come it was very bad feeling at first but after I looked the Num I knew it was fake and scam

He called at July 19. He said there's a lawsuit pending against me. He called his name Daniel Wiseman and the case number was # CF-93271. He's phone number was 202-459-4681 It was a scam!

From the "IRS" telling me I needed to pay almost 6000 dollars or I was going to jail that day. Told him the ITS didn't work on Saturday and to stop being scum of the earth. Now I call daily to bother them when I am bored. Haha.

Call from 202-459-4681, aka "the IRS" stating that I was being sued for $5,476. A "David Jackson" with an accent so thick, you could cut it with a knife. I knew it was a fake call, so I was messing with them, but I was wondering who is best to report this number to so that they can be shut down.

Just received same call. Daniel Waxman stating I owed $5426 for taxes filed 2010-2015 with case #CF93271. I informed him, I would gladly pay the $5426 if he could send me a certified letter of relief of the amount I actually owe? He said he would call me back.

I just received a call and it was on my job phone with the same case#CF93271. He states that there were two certified letters and someone signed and when I asked who signed he couldn't give me the name of the person. Then he was getting mad at me because I had questions and asked if I can speak to someone without a strong accent. He told me this was the 3rd attempt and that I will have to go to the county courts.

These people should be ashamed. I was so worried that I probably would have given them money if I had any. I guess I should be thanking my lucky stars that currently I am laid off from my job and had no money to give. I was already deciding how i was going to handle prison life. They gave case #cf93271 and said I owed $5,476.

Same case number given to me, but mine was due to errors on my taxes from 2010 through 2015. When he called back, I had some fun with him. I told him that I would love to resolve this right away, but I was having trouble with his accent and asked if I could speak with someone else. He offered to speak Spanish, but I insisted on English. So he had to keep repeating himself and I kept asking for a supervisor. He finally had enough of me and told me (in very bad english) to kiss his ass. It was hilarious. I almost hate to block him.

I JUST GOT A CALL TODAY ALSO FROM A GUY THAT SAYS HIS NAME IS DANIEL WISEMAN CALLING FROM THE IRS TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A CRIMINAL LAWSUIT AGAINST ME. HE SAID MY CASE NUMBER WAS CF 93271. TOTAL SCAM. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM!!

same message, I told them I had prepaid legal. They should contact my lawyer...This is second time they call. The first time is was a NY number. So, I asked if he was in DC, why was he using a NY number. He hung-up.. This time is was a DC number.

They said the same thing but they were with a log form from the IRS and they wanted me to call back right away or to have my lawyer call them back so I Google the phone number to see who they were and to see what kind of scam they have going on this could be Isis trying to get some money from everybody to fund their movement

So I just got a call from Washington dc.. the guy was a foreigner and asked for my husband.i assumed he was with some kind of job thing... this was our convo.
Me-"this is his wife"
Caller- "ok, sorry for the call"
Me- "WAIT......"
Caller- " yes?... hello"
Me- "who are you with and why are you calling"
Caller- " you ask why I call....GO TO HELL"
Me- *shocked* "umm excuse me what did u say???....."
Caller- "I said GO TO HELL" **hangs up**
All I could do was laugh... I assume this guy was having a bad day lol.. I called back and left a message telling him that if this was his job to call people he needed to find a new one lol

Got called about the same crap. Same case number and same guy.

Same call. Two different numbers: 202-459-4681 and 202-552-5753. Total scam. Do not answer. Do not call back. IRS will only correspond through USPS mail. Reporting both numbers.
