I accepted the call.. Non English speaking "IRS" person claiming to sue or arrest me.
They asked my name and address... I gave a bogus name and address and she said "Yes that is correct.." O wed $2100 and needed to pay now or go to jail..
They wanted me to go to Walmart and get a card from there to pay my "debt"..
I said, I'll give you my check card info now...(of course I was messing with them) but they insisted I get a prepaid card to settle the debt..
DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP.... 202-370-6713 IS A SCAM

I got a call today from this number. It was automated and said I had a pending lawsuit and before they proceed with a warrant for my arrest i needed to call.

Robot call said I was being sued....scam don't fall for it.

Just got the same call only his name this time was Chris Wiseman. My case number was CF93271 which I see is the same as some others above.

I keep receiving this call from the number. But I dont even file taxes. And they call from two different numbers.

I didn't catch the callers name. The caller said I am being sued and gave me case number CF93271. I was told not to disregard the call and to call 202-370-6713 to discuss the case. The caller said if I do not return the call then good luck.
This is the second time I received this type of call. Who can I report this to?

I got that same message today. Then after I tried to call back, I saw a missed call from them. Now that I know it is a scam, I can tell them next time they call that I'll be reporting it to the main police station in Times Square right down the street from me. Thanks.

Got a call from this number, person requested to speak to my mother by name and I asked who the company they were representing was and she stated the IRS. She had a thick accent, and I was very suspicious. When I started asking question I got hung up on. I called the number back and after 3 tries she answered again and I let her know that I realized this was a scam and this was not the IRS and requested to speak to a supervisor. I got hung up on again.

I have been receiving the same calls almost gave them my credit card info but then found out it was a scam

SAME EXPERIENCE. I WAS AT A PUBLIC LIBRARY, SO I DID NOT ACCEPT THE CALL, BUT NOW THAT IS KNOW IT IS A SCAM # I AM BLOCKING IT.

I got the same voicemail at 10:23 a.m . I tried calling back multiple times and never got an answer. Glad I found this page to find out what it's all about. CF93271 was the case number just like everyone else. Must be a scam.

I just got a call from 202-370-6713. It was a robo call from Officer Daniel Wiseman concerning case #92371. When I called back, there was no one able to take my call. It funny that so many got a call from the same guy with the same case#.
