Scam man
Seems to be a scam. They mention the IRS and local police station. They had a slightly incorrect version of an old address, along with poor call quality and a foreign accent. I think I've received around 6 calls from these scammers and in once case they were able to make the local police station number appear on my caller ID. Keep in mind that the IRS will send letters via USPS. They will not call.
IRS arrest threat. Laughable.
Said my info was going to be turned over to local police and I will be arrested for 8 months. For IRS purposes. Continues to call, I don't answer, goes to voice mail.
