Same as above, I tried to call back and they kept hanging up on me

Same thing happened with me as everyone else above, except "Diane White from the EPS division of blah blah blah" called my cell AND my house. I blocked "her" on my cell. Total scam. If it was really the IRS or another gov agency, they'd already have contact info like addresses. This is phrased formally to scare people. FAIL.

Called stating they were with EPS and needed all kinds of info. Told them to shove it.

I got the same message as every one else except she did not leave a name! Its starting to get annoying sounds like a scam to me they just keep leaving messages I put them on my rejected call list

We just got the same recorded call from Diana. Ours was not a message. I answered the phone and it was a recorded message. Saying they would only make two attempts to deliver this complaint.

The IRS is filing a lawsuit against us. Oh so scary! Seriously???

I spoke to three different people... stated they were process servers and didn't even have the correct name of who they were looking for... I'm reporting them to all the process server associations and investigation associations.

Diane called us several times today. Thanks for letting us know it was a scam.

Jennifer left a message, same as others here. Trying to send documents and need my immediate attention. Called back and said I got a call from this number. They asked for my sister (who does not have the same last name as I do, nor has ever lived at my address). I said they had the wrong number.

Call was from NewYork. Same as most everyone else complaint filed and papers needing to be delivered simply ignored

Did not call back and erased the message. Sounds like a scam to me.

Same thing. Woman leaves a message. No Name given of who it was or who the package is for. 2 attempts to delivery package for complaint filed.

Said "Diane Way" saying a "formal complaint" was filed against us and she has documents to be delivered by UPS blah blah blah bulls***
