Called several times in a day, left a recorded message saying I must call back to avoid them filing in the local courts.
When I called the number from another phone I acted like I had called the wrong number by mistake and asked who they were, they said they were the IRS.
When the guy first answered the phone he sounded foreign and stunning, when I asked again who he was his voice changed and sounded less foreign. He seemed to be listening for something in my voice. I hung up on him at that point.
